We had an AWESOME Christmas this year. We stayed home and decorated and just enjoyed being together as a family. We went to the mall and delivered our Christmas list to Santa. Makenzie wrote the list herself and addressed the envelope. When did she get so big?
On Christmas Eve we decorated cookies for Santa. Hailey had more fun eating all the sprinkles when we weren't looking.
Makenzie carried the milk and the plate of cookies to the couch all by herself! The kids are ready for bed and actually fell asleep very easily! Mommy, however, did not sleep well at all. I woke up every hour wondering if it was time to open presents!!! I woke up about an hour before the girls and had breakfast rolls ready when they woke up!
Here is what Santa left for the kids.
Grandpa gave Makenzie a fishing pole. She loves it and uses it all the time. She'll be ready to catch another award winning bass at the Lake Asbury tournament this year!!!
Hailey LOVES her little dolls and such. Sharing with Makenzie...not so much.
Isaiah is doing so well. I spent the entire month of December remembering where we were a year ago. And looking back at the pictures, I realized for the first time how close we came to loosing Isaiah. He is such a joy in our lives and I am thankful everyday that he is ours!
We were blessed with a wonderful and relaxing Christmas. Thank you for all the cards and letters we recieved. We love hearing from all our friends and family!
awww.. great pictures! kids are so cute!
